I'm sorry if I am wrong, but the people upvoting the first comment (I can't reply to it for some reason) may not be aware that this comic is a Pokemon adaptation of the story regarding how Jesus was betrayed by Judas.

Giratina is most likely not mistreated, Arceus is simply making fun of Giratina for asking a question that Giratina knows the answer to. A question asked by Judas as well ("Is it me?"), I think.
