The Cuddles fun time hour was not always a cult classic show but few remember how it started out. Many years ago it used to be a very cheap public access kids show featuring a rabbit as a mascot. it was only when they discovered Mrs Cuddles and she became popular that the show became something profitable and well loved.

it became a running joke in the studio that Mrs Cuddles was married to the old mascot, Mr Cuddles, and when they found him tapping her tail something hard one day it made everybody burst out laughing. None realized that his attraction to her was not because she was a vaguely rabbit like plushie, but because she was a demon that looked like a plushie... Steaming hot insides included. Mr Cuddles got to enjoy that side of her for years while she was still stuck paralyzed as a toy.

Eventually they tried to make a spin off to the main show which would focus on adult humour, sexual jokes and education, and various other adult gags called 'Cuddles after dark.' It featured Mr Cuddles quite a bit and despite great laughs and good reviews, the investors did not pick it up. They tried a few times for a few other markets later on but eventually Mr and Mrs Cuddles just became an in-joke within the studio.
