He never got over feeling like a failed husband.
And he nearly didn't survive that one...

My guess is he is in the hospital from something driving related, and that strains the twins to second guess themselves again somehow.

That expression in panel three. That's not worry. Jayden has an idea of where Keith might be. A secret hang out spot or the like. Personally I'm just glad he doesn't seem to be bar oscillating*.

*Bar Oscillating: verb. The same thing as Bar Hopping, but in a shitty port town with only two bars.

I'm more leaning away from Keith being drunk and more towards him visiting Bethany, although I cannot rule out that she might still be alive (somehow).

I'm suspecting that Jayden think's that he may have found out about Serah and Seb before the plan could be done. She isn't saying anything to them so not to cause a panic and now she's off to find Keith and to verify if he indeed found out too soon.

Keith already heard Animal Planet noises coming from their room and possibly opened the door momentarily right after their first encounter this chapter so he knows. Guessing Jayden has assumed if Keith isn't responding to texts,not at work or the bar that maybe he's found out and at Bethany's grave trying to process.

Also Jayden act like any brother and sister with the unspoken that aren't doing each other.

Of course he know's. As thing's stand right now neither Jayden nor Seb nor Serah know that Keith know's.
