    It's called 'glansjob' or 'glans/tip polishing', that's the closest tag we have in English. Tip blaming is roughly translated from Japanese "亀頭責め" (kitou seme)

    At least from my experience, if you wanna see more of this play/fetish you gotta search in Japanese, such as "亀頭責め" or "射精後亀頭責め" (post orgasm glans torture / shasei go kitou seme)
