I'd be less concerned about the pavement and more concerned about lack of protection for road rash from a spill while skating.

And let's not forget the lack of lotion against sunburns. That raccoon is going to have a nasty surprise on his exposed glans since there is no skin that could tan on it!

Im surprised the city isn’t all clothing optional.

Although i wonder if it is and the clothing optional district just so happens to be part of the city were nudity is just more commonplace, and everywhere else people can but don’t take advantage of clothing optional laws.
