  • Can this poor dude catch a break? Anything that seems to bring him any amount of happiness seems to never stick, and he just looks completely dead inside in the 6th and 8th panels.

And what he says in panel 3 about not wanting to be part of the war, even if the Dragon King was a horrible being (which has been hinted at but not really confirmed), all being the hero did was put targets on his companions backs and make everyone after the war treat him like an untouchable deity when all he wanted to do was be a tailor and live a normal life.

  • Dude killed the Dragon King and is going to get his ass kicked by his new friend. Nah Nah just leave him be. He litterally lost everything to the Dragon King's War and glitched his way to kill the Dragon King.

Sounds like a Spiderman kinda character, doomed for eternal suffering, deserving the best and always getting cucked from sweet mercy

  • Dropping this down here as there has been some confusion to the situation, and hopefully it will help clarify a few things.

There are a few things that we can turn the pages back to. Yes, the wars are over. There were repeated forms of them, even as the dragon king fell, which includes the most spoken of being the skeleton wars for how terrible they were.

Both sides COULD stop killing each other, but it doesn't work that way. The lord of the monsters is gone. There is no head to unite them, and so there are those that hide and those that fight on. It's relatively not even that long after all the horrors and death came to subside on a massive scale. That doesn't even account for the human side who too are still seeking out death for monsters. We know this from the second page with the mentioning of even humans being killed and burned for coexisting with monsters.

Nah Nah and her people are little regarded but they were still given both a place and purpose in the war for the lands of Endlen. When Nah Nah speaks, she speaks about pride, about being given undeniable respect when it comes to Imps. Realizing the very thing you became a part of and gave everything into in order to raise your recognition as a people only to see it gone...? Devastating.

We also need to understand she has been in YEARS of isolation, guarding and building upon a great mechanism for a dungeon that would be returned to. She may have been on the outs with most of the others but we saw there were still Imps there too. Imps stick together. So being left behind and putting your all into something to prove yourself then finding out that all the others may have been dead in a war they have now lost? It's enough to make a person scream, let alone punch the face of the figure who represents the "hero" of the humans and most likely killed their lord.
