Well, you could try the e-hentai forums but those guys won't do anytging unless they are getting compensated in some way and they tend to look down on new users. Hongfire would be a better choice. You could try danbooru too. I don't like the site but most things that get posted there end up with translation notes.
Another site that is specifically for furries is kemononi. You can put up a translation request and link to the comic. If someone likes it they may translate it too.
