The dress seems to be very loose on the chest- I don't know much about dresses, but that doesn't seem right. So, the conclusion I came to is that it's loose because of constant erections stretching the fabric.

there are some cocktail/evening dresses design which are generally tight around the hips and much looser around the chest, often letting the front fold to reveal a plunging neckline
