Lickibat, the Licking Bat pokemon. Normal-Poison type.
A fusion between what was once a Lickitung & a Golbat.
This fusion has two pairs of wings, but is too heavy to fly thanks to its massive tail. They live in caves in small groups, ambushing anything perceived as prey.
It uses its long tongue to catch prey, as its saliva can stick to almost anything. Their tongue leaves behind a tingling sensation, allowing their fangs to pierce prey without them even realizing it.
