Shimmering Heal
Not exactly my best choice for a defence Pokemon, it's helped a couple times...
A friend wanted me to make it, and I figured since I had one and I kinda DO use it, I figured why not?
It;s choice of move is Aqua Ring if you haven't guessed it. ;3
