I have no idea what I just watched but the animation was really good

I wish I knew what it was saying lol But I do enjoy the animation as well

Character with a penis hanging out shows up, fixed the tags.

This was not what I was expecting, but this is very well animated, and not to mention the cat, the cat was the best part about this.

That's the kind of penis that certainly counts as safe. If it weren't then youtube video would've been taken down ages ago.

Some may remember Crazy Frog (annoying as hell) from 2005, if I remember correctly, which had visible penis and that's pretty much compareable to this.

Tagging this as explicit is just taking the rules to the extreme.
