    The green wyvern is a Rathian from the Monster Hunter series.
    Rathians are always female (the males are Rathalos.
    Like some birds, they're sexually dimorphic, i.e., males and females look different. Rathians can be identified by the green scales and chin spike, so you don't need "chest lumps" to see that it's female.

    Oh. That's helpful to know, since these guys are popping up more often.
