Well, since it's a human style cock, the shaft is covered in flesh of the same type as the rest of the body as in a horse, which has no fur on the sheath, but it <i>is</i> colored in a similar pattern to the rest of the body. A humans <i>foreskin</i> corresponds to the sheath of a canine and the glans to the shaft (notice, too, that the glans of the canine is near the base of the shaft).
