Um...actually there is a mobile game that's a sort of sequel called Little Tail Story

XSEED were the publishers of the US release. Cyberconnect2 were the ones who developed it.

This was one of the potential projects that CyberConnect2 asked for fan opinions on, and needless to say, it received the most positive attention. So chances are high that we'll finally get a new Little Tail game in the next few years~
