Actually, this is the non-shiny Alola Forme Sandshrew. Vulpix, Ninetails, Sandshrew, Sandslash, and Exeggcutor have Alola Formes. Other than Exeggcutor, these new forms are ice type, with Exeggcutor's form taking on a Grass/Dragon split.
