Wow this picture has been posted absolutely everywhere. I can't determine the source.

I swear to god I used to know who drew this and if it's the person I'm thinking of they had a HUGE collection of free to use Pokemon art. My best guess is it came from Arkeis.com (which doesn't seem to be up anymore so I can't verify) or someone on the Suta-Raito oekaki. Either way, this picture is absolutely ancient.

The artist said that they have this on another site, here (you need to be registered in order to view links), but I can't seem to find their posts. They linked another DA here , but everything matches between the account that has the color image, and the old account.

So long story short: the original image cannot be found, but I did find the supposed artist and the technical source.
