Skaven females not being chained up for their entire lives wouldn't be piles of fat, so this makes sense in that regard. Unfortunately we are missing out on the fact that Skaven females are described as having "several" pairs of boobs, and this would genetically carry-over regardless of upbringing. A more accurate depiction would include ten tits, perhaps with decently sized boobs to go with them.

You might got a point there, but i´m not a fan of multiple boobs/nipples. they do could have some more nipples, covered under their fur if you like.
