Uniball describes balls that appear to be a singular mass - a single testicle filling out the whole scrotum, with minimal shape or lines differentiating the two testicles within the ball sack. This is almost always the result of artistic style, and most frequently depicted on characters with small balls.

Not to be confused with: Monorchid, use this tag instead for characters that appear to have had a testicle removed from their scrotum
