May be juxtaposed against a completely innocuous image of a character for comical or erotic reasons, like instant loss 2koma for example.

A scenario in which one character pins another character during sex is also referred to as a mating press. This type of position gives the dominant partner more control during sex.

When the receiving partner is on top, it may be referred to as reverse mating press.
