A tag for animations that are 30 seconds or longer. For animations that are shorter than 30 seconds, use short_playtime.

For looped videos/images, the duration of the loop is used. They do not count as infinitely long.

Flash/SWF files containing multiple loops should be tagged with interactive instead.
