The word 'pootis' was created when many people heard Heavyweapons Guy from Team Fortress 2 say "Put Dispenser Here", as "put dis" sounded like "pootis", and became a word that every Team Fortress 2 player knows, and will know, for the rest of their lives.

The being most known as having pootis in it is a Pootis Bird, which a heavy runs around wearing the in-game item called the Chicken Kiev (bird head) and spams "Put Dispenser Here" while holding a sandvich, or sandvich based item.

Another sound-meme like pootis, is Painus, but this isn't the description for that, so figure it out.
