Tagging notes

This is an activity tag. The concept of playing with toys is implied by the scene itself, and what the characters are doing. A scene could capture any moment during a play session, even if the characters might not be playing in that exact moment, certain distractions such as brief moments of conversation will not shift the focus enough to disqualify use of this tag.
