Twisted sex is tagged for any sex position in which the orientation of the characters is different by nearly 90°.

This applies in cases where:

One character is lying on their back, and the other is lying on their side. Front/side is also applicable.
One character is standing, kneeling, or sitting and the other character is lying on their side.
Various standing positions in which the non-standing partner is oriented at a rotated angle to the standing character.

The focus of this tag is that penetration comes in at a twisted or side entry angle, as opposed to front or rear-entry positions.
