Bill Cipher is the main antagonist of the animated series Gravity Falls. He is an inter-dimensional dream demon from the now-destroyed dimension, Euclydia, residing within the noosphere. Throughout the series, his goal is to cross over from the Mindscape to the real word, along with his gang of inter-dimensional criminals, taking on a physical form and becoming an omnipotent god of chaos and weirdness. Then reeking havoc on the entire universe.

Bill is a yellow, two-dimensional triangle with one eye. He is designed to resemble the Eye of Providence featured on the United States dollar bill.

Bill Cipher is voiced by series creator Alex Hirsch, who also voices Stanley Pines and Soos.
