Ori is a Spirit, the biological child the Spirit Tree, and the titular character/main protagonist of two video games developed by Moon Studios: Ori and the Blind Forest and its sequel Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

The name "Ori" is of Hebrew origin and means "my light." Ori has a primarily white glow with a hint of blue, as well as black eyes with white pupils. Ori has long ears positioned beneath two horn-like antennae, a long, cat-like tail, a bipedal stance, and is smaller than many of the creatures in the forests of Nibel and Niwen where Ori's story takes place (though disputed, one popular method of measurement places Ori's height at 2'6" tall). Canonically, Ori's gender is left to the subjective interpretation of the viewer. The Spirit Tree, the guardian of the forest of Nibel, is Ori's biological parent, but Ori also has an adoptive mother in Naru, an adoptive sister in Ku, and several friends/allies, including Sein, Seir, and Gumo.

Ori has an altruistic and kind personality, as seen in Ori's attempts to save friends, foes, and the forests of Nibel and Niwen from decay and from other powerful antagonists, including Kuro and Shriek.
