Cloaca Omorashi is omorashi where the desperate character in question has a cloaca, as opposed to a penis or vagina.

What makes cloaca omorashi different then regular omorashi is that having a cloaca poses a different challenge then those with a penis or vagina due to how cloacas work. Characters with cloacas often (but not always) lack bladders, and as such waste is stored right before the cloacal sphincter, meaning characters who don’t want to relieve themselves yet have to clench their cloaca. If a human and a lizardfolk of the same size had a pee holding competition, the human would surely win.
