Clothes that go around a character's body, but are loose due to the size being bigger than what the character can usually fit such as a character that wears a XL shirt that looks baggy, but a large shirt wouldn't have the same issues and would fit perfectly. One example of oversized clothing is with long sleeved shirts or jackets where the character wearing it can't completely bring their arms through the sleeves or the sleeves are completely/partially covering the hands.
