Octavia is a cosmic being, usually 160cm tall (5ft 3in) when among mortals, but may be as big or small as she wants to be. She is usually female-presenting, but may have other parts.

Together with Davjo, Rakurai, and Xinyu, the four of them are called the Sentinels of Lua.

Octavia is rather mischievous but good-hearted, likes to do silly stuff and never means any harm despite her antics. As a cosmic being tasked with the balance of the universe, she struggles to keep it up given her rather lighthearted demeanor, and her wants to mess with stuff or people for fun at times, although she prefers messing with her friends more than others. Her main source of power comes from the concept of darkness itself, always struggling against it, yet she uses it for her goals and remains uncorrupted.
