Ball fondling describes gentle handling of the balls — such caressing, rubbing, massaging, and/or manipulating/playing with the balls (e.g. gently shifting the balls around). This may be done as simple playful sexual interaction, foreplay before, or as a part of fellatio or rimming, or intercourse, or as part of ball worship.
