Size play is when size difference is the main focus of an image or animation, often in a sexual manner. This tag is mainly used for the kind of scenario or sexual position that's only possible because of the size difference. For example, macro and micro for the former or swinging and cable car for the latter.

Just having a size difference does not inherently make an image size play - the size difference must be the focus of the image for this tag to count. Typically this is shown through an extreme difference in size, characters commenting on size, or a prominent stomach bulge or other visual indicators of a large size difference.
