Getting a negative record for questioning the lack of action against a trolling comment and being threatened and bullied by moderation is completely disgusting to happen from a multi-million dollar company.

This is a terrible power trip that one of your own engaged in and punished a user because she's upset despite breaking no rules.

And having no way to escalate an issue is even worse. Even FA has a way to dispute actions of volunteers.
