All this avatar talk has made me want to go back to this one, it's been a long time since I've used it. lol
Also, according to the search it's just me using it! ^_^

It sounds like the Arizona gov vetoed that bill you guys were worried about

i don’t think furries losing easy access to a uh, niche art database were her main concern but it’s nice to pretend

you say "niche", but according to SimilarWeb e6's nearly top 300 sites in the US and is top 750 worldwide. we're almost certainly one of the more popular sites hosted in AZ.

that being said, yeah, probably.

It always confused me when Nimphia changed their avatar because I recognize people by their avatar. But I also enjoy those avatars too.

Same, lol. I thought you were Goobie II for a moment, because your avatar is of the same character.

Yeah, there's a picture with a dick censored with a Subway sandwich that a lot of people adopted as their avatar. I think two of them, including somethingedgey back in the day used to blip semi frequently. And it did get me a few times.

On a sort of related note, I think I'm gonna change my avatar pretty soon too. Partly because I'm redesigning my sona a bit. Partly because the meme is kinda old now.

Yeah avatar changes do catch me off guard

also when you see random people using the same post as an avatar as someone you know. there's so may times I look at a comment and see post #2278773 and think "hey, it's SNP-- oh, wait no it's not".

the other day I saw a comment with post #3655988 as the avatar and I was thinking "I don't remember making this comment. ... also, I don't type like this." and it took me way longer than it should have to realize that it wasn't me.
I guess I was just so confident that my avatar choice was unique...

@W0LFB3AT5: i managed to catch a partial eclipse with my old folks

today the tumultuous and eratic weather of middle america spring ended up favorable to us; as today was nary a cloud in the sky during the eclipse and was at a cool 68 fahrenheit that proved a good benchmark temp that pronounced the change of heat of the sun as it went from overbearingly direct to oddly cool

plus it was pretty ironic to hear news all over about places in the path of totality getting severe overcast that only just cleared up after the moon was long gone, meanwhile here i experienced unrelenting storms and overcast 3 days straight before today, yet there i was in a perfect two-scoops of raisins that only had the clouds come in just as the sun was getting ready to set

i still missed out on the moon getting smack-dab in the middle of the sun's path because my Artichoke was starting to burn

I have the ability to lock and unlock ratings. Which posts need their ratings changed?

post #24021 I think is one that's locked that I'm pretty sure should be bumped up to Q, the nipple outline is very prominent. There were a couple others I saw but honestly the nipple outline was more faint on those so it's probably not worth bothering with them.

Just started listening to "will wood" and in the classic me fashion, i discover this particular artist several years too late.

On my earlier topic, I'm working on tagging fashion styles on older images going through clothing rating:s order:id and I feel like I've stumbled into weird rating lock land. Quite a few rating:s locks with visible nipple outlines... I'm storing these away in a set for now.

This is not to say that properly tagging controversial tags is bad, but that adding contentious tags might make you the target of some people's ire

Oh absolutely, I just add the tag when I see things while browsing that I feel like should be caught by my blacklist for looking young. I remove the tag sometimes too, but less often since I'd have to turn my blacklist off for that, lol.

Oh and check their fe/male_(lore) and gender_(lore) tag additions

Yeah, it was young that caused them. Only got a couple though, usually when people remove young after I add it I don't want to start a tag war so I leave it be or make a ticket if I think it's egregious enough to warrant a check. One of them was literally just for adding the tag at all, I didn't add it back and the user decided to throw insults at me in dmail. Now I turned dmails off ._.

(Also yeah I have a lot of tag edits, I have a lot of free time and I find it fun!)

The duality of looking at old posts is "come on this is blatantly questionable" and "what the hell about this image warranted a q rating??"

If translation in non-English languages is allowed as long as it's in the comment section, I wonder why there's no tag about that.

in 35k edits over the course seven months of you've had multiple people DMail you about tags? that's... wow. what tags are getting these kinds of reactions?

I've had a couple on my older account, the only one I remember off hand is in relation to this now banned user who called me "retard" and "sperg", apparently doing similar to two other users as well as NMNY through email.

also, holy shit, 35k edits in 7 months?

I just do not understand the people who dmail you aggressively about a tag change. Why? For what purpose? If you disagree, just undo it and move on?

I've gotten multiple of these people now.

The archive.org entry I looked up got taken down. Whatever, I'll just go to the Wayback Machine to before... Oh.

Finally I have money. Now I can support my favorite creator on Patreon for 30 months! Is this what having a job feels like?

Edit: I didn't mistype. There are 30 months is a year now.

emacs makes me jizz and neovim makes me incredibly soft (vi was created to keep cummers from getting horny, truly horrible)
