If you go back through the tags, you can find the origin point. Its had 2 or 3 waves of people doing it. Spread to other characters the second time it happened.

I remember that one artist who drew an adorable girly tails where Rouge was naked and entered a room with Sonic and Shadow seeing Tails with her outfit.

Yep, that's the earliest one that came to my mind to, that whole set is pretty cute

Tails makes a great femboy and/or crossdresser honestly.

I still wish Sparky drew Tails and Rouge sleep together at least once because straight femboy are rare.
