the other suggestions are just based on the tags in there
well if the

5: strapon_fellatio → sex_toy_fellatio works we only would need

4: strapon_fellatio → strapon
6: sex_toy_fellatio → sex_toy
1: sex_toy_fellatio → fellatio

an other
2: strapon_fellatio → fellatio would be not needed as this comes already with the 1: sex_toy_fellatio → fellatio

the 3: strapon_oral_play → strapon_fellatio is not really important I would say we skip on that
