Do we have a tag for that sort of thing? o_o I know I've seen it before -- stroking one's throat mid-blowjob, or similar.

There's probably two ways to go about tagging that:

1. A *through* tag, like through_skin or stimulation_through_skin
2. A [type]_bulge_* tag, like abdominal_bulge_touch (or feel/caress/stimulation/whatever)

Examples to think about:
abdominal_bulge hand_on_stomach
neck_bulge hand_on_neck
neck_bulge holding_neck

...and this is why we should tag "pointless" stuff like hand_on_*, because they can be used later in unexpected ways, to drive home the point I made in Discord the other night.
