The category tags could be aliased to the existing tag and if there is a wild card it would show posts for all matching aliases.

isn't a search engine tool, it is catagorization tool that originally could change the type of tag something was to the character type

If you want to search out a characters name, you just search it in the engine. judy_hopps, rouge_the_bat, norve ect.
