Requested feature overview description.
Have link to blacklist on second top row of Posts page, similar go how it is for guests.

Why would it be useful?
If someone is browsing the website as guest and uses blacklist, this is the place where they edit it. Once they register the link is gone.

Not only would this keep place and behavior intact, but also promote the blacklist bit better to already registered users.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
