At the bottom right it says to email [email protected] for commissions, googling the email address returned this deviantart account:

Then the image you linked says "Pietro's Secret Club."

In the description of this image:

So I'm guessing it's an image only available to members who've paid the artist, or to advertise that the "club" exists.

From their site, mentioned at the bottom right again, https://palcomix.com/ there's a patreon page, https://www.patreon.com/bbmbbf but it doesn't mention a diamond tier that was in the description of that previous image, plus there's only three hidden posts.

There's a "Pal VIP" section but that needs a "hentaikey" account, whatever that is..

With it being a twitter link, on twitter there's the artists account, with nothing except youtube videos he's favourited for 2009-2011, a palcomix account, with four tweets from 2011 and guy tweeting a few other images with this in the description:

"Distributed From #PietrosClub"
"Full Version via InkBunny & Discord!"

One image had "Pietro © bbmbbf" in the description, so presumably it's a character by bbmbbf..

Searching e6 for "bbmbbf" gets "Maybe you meant: bbmbbf_(character)" So click that, nothing, add "status:deleted" and there's one result by "redkelv." Who's removed all his art from e6.

A least I found the artist, "bbmbbf" though sadly no actual source for the image. A bit annoyed that after all that I didn't find it..

The guy that tweeted the images with "Distributed From #PietrosClub" was this guy, https://inkbunny.net/Megalow and on his twitter there's a discord link. So if you really want to find the source you might be able to get in touch with him and ask if he knows how to contact the artist. Or as the image says, email [email protected]

After all that I'm guessing that "Pietro's Secret Club" is only on Discord.
