Requested feature overview description.
In order to change the type of a tag, you have to go to the tag list, search for said tag, and then click the edit link. I think this is a little complicated.

One could argument that the reason behind this is that it prevents users from vandalising tag types by making the edit page less accessible to new users, but this shouldn't be a problem any more since we now have a history that keeps track every tag edit.

Therefore I suggest a new link ("Edit tag"?) in the wiki page toolbar that leads to the tag edit page.

Why would it be useful?
It makes it easier to maintain tags.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
The wiki pages, namely the tool bar in wiki pages.
