Implicating inflatable_ring → swim_ring

Reason:

inner_tube implies inflatable_ring, but swim_ring doesn't.

Also maybe imply inflatable_ring to life_ring as well.

Sorry, I just realised inflatable_ring is aliased to inner_tube, not implied.

I feel like it should be moved to be an implication, as there's multiple inflatable rings with different names:

inner_tube
swim_ring
life_ring

Either that or alias all of them to inflatable_ring.

Thanks to MyNameIsOver20charac for pointing out I'd got the tags the wrong way round on my earlier tag implication post. I did the same with this one as well.

EDIT: The tag implication inflatable_ring -> swim_ring (forum #272486) has been rejected by @gattonero2001.
