You'll need to contact one of the staff so they may increase your upload limit back to 10. I suggest Notmenotyou , but any admin should be able to adjust your upload limit. I also suggest you take a look at the wiki because some of your previous deletions were minimum quality and/or irrelevant to site.

You had unapproved images, those cut into your upload abilities. Since they have been approved you can upload again.
