I've been having trouble logging in on another device. After I type the correct login info the tab says My Account, but takes me right back to the login screen. Is anyone else having trouble like this?

What browser are you using? What OS are you running on your device? Is there an error message in red after logging in?

Are you on incognito? Incognito ignores your cookie settings and denies them anyways.

The device having trouble is an iPad running iOS 9.3.1 and the browser is safari. No error message appears when I try logging in, just takes me back to the login screen.

Alright, I'm definitely not using incognito if I'm on safari.

On Safari it's Private browsing mode; if you are in private browsing the interface will have a blackish theme to it (instead of the silver one it usually has).

"Incognito" might only be the official word for Chrome, but the meaning is what matters.

Are you attempting to access a page you're not allowed to access? If so, it'll redirect you to a login form (even if you're already logged in), then when you do log in it'll go back to the page, see you're still not able to access it, then redirect right back to the login form.

I do use private browsing, but the issue seems to have resolved itself. Thanks to those to helped me out with my problem.
