I know they're called Private Messages, but I've seen users banned before because of pms, so I became skeptical.

Normally, no. The Dmail only becomes visible to the admins if it gets reported.

From a technical standpoint, anyone with access to the database has access to everything. Most of the time though, admins don't care enough to dig through database entries to read ERP between two users, unless it gets reportinated.

Yes, much the same way that unless you check the box to ignore your own hidden posts, you can still see them, admins can too. However, I don't think they're going to punish you for a hidden post, unless you admitted to being underaged in which case you're still going to get banned for being a minor (Which I completely agree with, if you are a minor gtfo)
