What kind of tags would I blacklist?

Basically I'm okay with MLP wank material as long as they don't look like actual ponies. They need to be furrified(?). Halp.

id:950891 for the specific image. Copy & paste it into your blacklist, and make sure it's not on the same line with any other tag (combo), otherwise you blacklist the image and the tags therein, instead of the image, and the tags.

The problem with that is that every image has the tag my_little_pony on it, therefore doing it this way would get rid of every image instead of just the ones where they are feral.

I reiterate: id:950891 this is the thing you want to enter. It blacklists the specific image, and only that.

If you have it, with something like female, the line will not work, because the line will only apply to that one image. That is why you put id: seperately, for each line.

*post written edit* oh, I misinterpreted as well, I thought you mean only that image, with those tags, not those tags alone. Knotty is correct.

I guess I misunderstood what you were saying, then.

It's cool to know I can do that, but I'm wanting to know how to blacklist feral ponies all together.

mlp feral

all on one line of text

Including "mlp" in it would also blacklist all Anthro mlp as well, however, which is what I don't want.

Does your blacklist look like this?

No, with what I was saying, adding them to lines changes how the blacklist works. MLP feral will blacklist all images that have both MLP & feral, not individually, but altogether. IE, an image with just MLP will show up, and feral images, but not images with both tags.

Is this another blacklisting trick I'm missing out on?

Including mlp and feral on the same line only hides images that include both tags, correct?

If so, that answers my question.

Yes. It will hide all images that have both.

I see. Thanks, to both of you.

Basically this

you may have better luck with the following

mlp -anthro

this way you'll only see images in which anthro is tagged, rather than images without the feral tag, if that makes sense. Users are more likely to not tag anthro/feral than include either one.

Thanks for the link. I probably should have explored that before posting, which is my bad.

mlp -anthro sounds much better, thank you.

Alternatively, you could use the 'mlp feral' line in blacklist and throw the feral tag on images that need it yourself when they make it through the blacklist.

Helps the site, means you won't miss anthro that haven't been tagged such, and you won't cut out humanized/humanoidized which you might also be fine with.

He was asking for an alternative to the mlp feral line in the first place because then he loses out on images that have, for example, an anthro Fluttershy, but feral critters.

You could create a set and any time you encounter a feral pony in a picture, add it to the set, then blacklist that set's set:#. That way anything with anthro and feral ponies has a way to be excluded, too.

Oh, and you may want to change the line to be mlp -anthro -humanoid, since sometimes they may be humanoid instead of anthro.
