Someone changed my tags to anthro, so I'm wondering-

They were intended to keep a more feral appearance, but whats the official word on this?

It's not too out of line with natural appearance I think, but idk for sure how E621 considers the implication.

Also, would general tag questions go to General or Tag Alias/Implication suggestions?

Semi-anthro would be an option there, I think.

This is a problem i tried to solve without sucess, because you really can't tell on some pics if its anthro or feral. So yeah this is a huge unsolvable tagging problem.

I wouldn't consider that what furries usually think of as anthro.

The problem is that anthropomorphic is a very wide net. Everything from Disney's Robin Hood to Beatrice Potter illustrations to Fantasia's dancing broom is anthropomorphic.

General definition: Yes, they are anthro. Because anthropomorphism means objects/animals with human like behaviour in art (Talking,wearing clothes, human like social interactions, etc.)

On e621:

Tag what you see - I would say feral, but everything above semi-anthro would be a bit too far with the current tag-structure here.

That sounds better than anthro at least-
Though I guess I can actually see why in the case of the Growlithe it might look that way now that I think of it.

From past implication, just as a viewer I thought feral as well-
The Growlithe might be more along the line of semi-anthro (Honestly haven't noticed that tag before) since, as a dog it's arms aren't quite what they should be in this case, but with outliers of opinion on E621 I don't really know.

I guess the way I drew the shoulder's have more of a human-like implication than I realized, so maybe semi is good.
I'm still tempted with feral just because that's how I always saw even only slightly anthropomorphized actions tagged.
