not really a bug since it's not this site acting up but i was just checking post #1016648 on google to try and find the artist and saw something strange in the results. well, aside from the lack of results and need to click the "all sizes" like of course.

the 3638 x 4167 pic is the post i was sourcing. 698 x 800 and one of the 2 130 x 150 (the other one was for tbib.org) links however point back here to post #1015800.

i take it that's not normal?

That's perfectly normal, one is the thumbnail and the other is the downscaled preview image.

Google has always been rather confused as to what post pages specific images come from. I'm not surprised that it got them wrong. It likely attributed them to an avatar or mixed up the source page, as it does. There are a bunch of posts that it links to e926.net that can only be viewed on e621.net as well, which have never been rated as safe. It's just the mystery of google.

Maybe someone's been giving Google's spiders a little too much caffeine.

huh, odd. well, something to keep in mind with future sourcing attempts i guess.
