For both the kobold and the dragon, where the tail and hips are more feral looking, all holes being "On the front", on the underside of the hips/tail. Just wondering.

that is incredibly vague tag and i can guarantee that many people would not understand what the tag is for. for example i assumed that its about that when creatures have feral lizard hips and their legs on sides and ass laid on ground like this

Im assuming to be more percise you mean a wide crotch with the underside of the tail flowing seamlessly into the abdomen rather then having the standard human style pubis separating the 2 seen in most anthros? wide_crotch
