So I just got done watching a documentary on Vice about "football hooligans" in Russia. Spoiler Alert: Most of them are neo nazi skinheads.
Anyway. I wonder what all those anti-gay Russian Nazis would think about all this yiffporn being drawn of their mascot.

I think it is supposed to represent the Chelyabinsk meteor that exploded over Russia 4 years ago. When it exploded some eyewitnesses described it as a fireball.

I entered Zabivaka in the e621 search and came up with a 144 results. Its safe to say I think someone beat you to that idea.
Being a soccer hooligan is a big thing in Russia so I don't think its fair to say they're all skinhead neo-nazis, MMA has made the buzzcut really popular amongst alot of people.
