Is post #62977 questionable? I would think it isn't, because it doesn't seem to fall under the spirit of the "questionable" category, from the text in the help page. It sure isn't "mature", which is the subtitle of "questionable" on the help page.
Also, this subforum is the right place for questions like these, right?

Even if it doesn't lead up to sex, which is the joke, the fox is pretty clearly sexually presenting with their ass in the air. Presenting is at minimum questionable because sexually presenting isn't really too safe.

I wouldn't worry too much about one singular post. No doubt there are thousands of images that have incorrect ratings attached and this one is 8 years old.
