I just visited e6 from my computer for the first time, and I realized that the posts are often taller than my screen. If anyone knows of an easy solution it would be apreciated, since scrolling between the face and genitals of a character kind of ruins the fapping experience :(

You can change `Image resize mode` from your account settings.
It says below that what they do, but essentially don't resize shows it full, meaning image can go way beyond to bottom and right over the edges. Dynamic prevents the image from going trough the right edge but may still need scrolling. Samples show you downscaled and compressed maximum of 800x800 image which should fit almost always fully on your display if you are using modern display resolutions.

If you want more viewing space, you can use mobile site, which can be found on top panel when viewing posts. With this the ads are moved below image, one panel is removed and left panel is also below image. Alternatively open the images always in new tab so that your browser will fit them for you withing browser window limits. Either right click and open image in new tab or click Download below it.

Other solutions include using your widescreen monitor portrait, using browser on taller format like snapping it on either edge (from windows 7 forward grab window and move it all the way to edge of the screen), making taskbar smaller (what I have done) or make it vanish from view, disable unused browser toolbars like bookmarks if you have them, etc.

You may also try learning keyboard shortcuts to use with browser which may or may not help you, e.g. CTRL+TAB to change tab and Page Down/Space to scroll down quickly.
